Current Event Enrollment Information

Online enrollment for the 2019 Fall session of Drive 4 UR School will open on Wednesday June 12th, 2019 at 1PM EST for all Ford and Ford Lincoln dealerships nationwide. Drive 4 UR Community enrollment opened on January 23rd, if you are interested in a Community event, see the enrollment page for more information.

HOW TO ENROLL

  • Only dealers can enroll for events
  • Enrollment must take place online
  • On enrollment day, dealers must log-in and select the "Enroll an Event" page to register each event desired
  • Events are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Event date and partner information are required for enrollment
  • Events must be enrolled at least three weeks before the proposed event date
  • As recognition for their commitment to the program, a limited number of early enrollment events for Drive 4 UR School will be available to actively enrolled Consumer Experience Movement (CEM) Dealers starting at 1PM EST on Monday, June 10th, 2019. This early enrollment period is for CEM Dealers only. Enrollment must be completed online, and events are available on a first come first served basis. EVENT ELIGIBILITY FOR 2019

  • Dealers can host a total of three (3) events in 2019
  • All events can be either Drive 4 UR School or Drive 4 UR Community
  • Events can be held in the same session
  • Eligible dates for each session are:
    • Drive 4 UR School 2019 Fall: August 1st - December 31st, 2019
    • Drive 4 UR Community 2019 Year: March 1st - December 31st, 2019
  • NEW FOR 2019: All events will be Ford-funded. There are no longer 50% dealer-funded events

HISPANIC OPPORTUNITY
If your dealership is located in a Hispanic community, you may be eligible to receive Spanish language materials for your Drive 4 UR School event in addition to the standard event kit provided. Your dealership can check the box indicating your interest for this opportunity during the enrollment process

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

EVENT CHANGES

NEW for 2019: dealers will only be permitted to make changes one time per event. In order to request an event change, dealers must complete an Event Change Request Form, found on the Program Materials page, and submit it to drive4urschool@gtb.com or drive4urcommunity@gtb.com based off of the respective program you are participating in. Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your scheduled event date and will be granted at the sole discretion of Program HQ. If you need to make multiple changes to an event, you must do so all at once and utilize one form.

ELECTRONIC WAIVERS 
NEW for 2019: Dealers nationwide have been assigned electronic waivers to capture test-drive information. This process is done through a microsite that can be accessed off of any smartphone, laptop, or tablet and allows for participants to pre-register for the event. This process makes the flow of events faster and donations can get turned around quicker than paper waivers. Drive 4 UR School/Drive 4 UR Community will not be providing devices to use during events. Dealers and beneficiaries are encouraged to provide some devices at the event.  If cellular service is not available at your event location, your dealership will be responsible for providing WiFi or a hotspot connection. For more information, please check out the Electronic Waiver Training Guide on Program Materials.

KIT INFORMATION
In an effort to be green, you will receive a complete event kit for only the first Drive 4 UR School event you host in 2019. A "Kit Light" will then be sent to any subsequent Drive 4 UR School events you host this year. A list of items found in the complete and light kits can be found here. Please hold on to kit items from the first complete kit for use in future events.

Please note that all dealerships will be receiving a tent with the Ford logo for the first event hosted in 2019. Your dealership will be expected to use this tent for all Drive 4 UR School and Drive 4 UR Community events you host in 2019 and potentially future sessions. Please make sure you hold onto your tent for further use.

After an event, if the dealer is using paper waivers, please send all waivers, and if applicable, the check request form to Latitude Digital at:

If a dealer is using electronic waivers, please select “END EVENT” after your event to digitally send all waivers in for validation.

REMINDERS
By participating in the Drive 4 UR School and Drive 4 UR Community program, a dealer agrees to host a one-day event in which participants ages 18 and over with a valid driver's license test-drive a new Ford vehicle in order to raise a $20 donation for the benefitting school. Failure to conduct test-drives may result in penalties including, but not limited to:

  • Regional notification
  • Suspension of donation funds
  • Disqualification from the program in future sessions

Program HQ reserves the right at any time to request photos from events in order to verify adherence to test-drive guidelines. Be advised that Program HQ travels frequently to events across the country without providing prior notice and will not hesitate to report infractions.

If the check payable information given during enrollment has changed, email the check request form, found on Program Materials, to Program Headquarters at drive4urschool@gtb.com or drive4urcommunity@gtb.com.

Events hosted with elementary and middle schools are considered Drive 4 UR School events and not Drive 4 UR Community events. Events hosted with high schools will continue to be part of the Drive 4 UR School program.

Events hosted with an organization in which the funds will directly benefit or go back to a school in any capacity (ex: booster clubs, PTO's, education funds) are considered Drive 4 UR School events and not Drive 4 UR Community events.

Program HQ will continue to verify that all Drive 4 UR School and Drive 4 UR Community events are operating within PMA guidelines. If there is a PMA violation, Program HQ will notify regional personnel within 30 days of enrollment in order to seek resolution. Events violating PMA boundaries are subject to cancellation.
